BIGCAT’S SEASON PREVIEW

For a year, the London Rollergirls have been bouting and the teams have been known as ‘Pink’ and ‘Black’. In that time, Black picked up one victory, but Pink pipped them to the post with two, culminating at the ‘Summer Shovin’ event back in July. However, that was just the warm up, and now, things are gonna get really exciting. First Blood, in just under a week at the Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, will mark the beginning of a new era for the LRG, as we proudly present to you our new permanent teams! September 27th will see the debuts of the Suffra Jets and the Ultraviolent Femmes, whilst the Steam Rollers will make their first appearance against The Suffra Jets in December.

So have you picked your team yet? Do you know who you’re going to be cheering for? What colours will you be wearing? What team is your favourite rollergirl on? What do you mean you don’t know? Well luckily for you, Uncle BigCat is here with all the info you need to get you prepared for the London Rollergirls debut season! (more…)
