London Rollergirls Sock Hop
An evening at the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes
Situated in the basement under the Tavistock Hotel on Bedford Way by Russell Square, the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes offer 8 classic bowling lanes plus food and drinks.
Since opening in 2005, the venue has been hosting regular events including live bands, DJs, club nights and the inevitable corporate shindigs.
As well as the bowling lanes there’s also a small cinema, bar, diner and - shudder - Private Karaoke rooms (which we pretended not to notice).
We paid the venue a visit for the September Sock Hop hosted by the London Rollergirls and had great fun.
