CLOCKWORK CARNAGE: FEB 7 2009

Final score from a hard-fought and nailbiting Clockwork Carnage:

Steam Rollers 84 - 64 Ultraviolent Femmes!

This means that the Steam Rollers will go on to face the Suffra Jets in April for the first LRG league championship, a rematch of A Christmas Quarrel in December where the Suffra Jets took home the win.

CHRISTMAS QUARREL: DEC 6 2008

The final score from yesterday's game:  Suffra Jets 103 - Steam Rollers 89

So we didn't win, but DAMN it was close at the end. We struggled in the first period, the Suffra Jets are a really strong team and have bout experience, this was our first game as a team with 4 rookie skaters, me included. We battled and fought as hard as we could, and closed up an initial 40 point difference to be only 14 points behind.
